Candidates
Voter Registration
Voter registration for the Presidential Election is now open. The deadline to register is Oct. 7. Once registration is back open, you can register online at indianavoters.com, or at the Voter Registration Office at the Grant County Courthouse during their regular office hours.
Absentee Voting
By mail: The deadline to request that an absentee ballot for the 2024 Presidential Election be mailed to you is Oct. 24. You can make your request online here!
By Travel Board: The deadline for confined voters and their caretakers to request a visit from the Travel Board to cast their absentee vote is noon Nov. 4. You can make your request online here! (Travel Board absentee voting begins Oct. 17.)
In-person:
Early in-person voting will run 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday starting Oct. 8 through Nov. 1. On Nov. 4, early in-person voting will run from 8 a.m. until noon at the Grant County Courthouse.
There will also be Saturday voting 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 26 and Nov. 2 at the Courthouse and a satellite location to be announced.
Election Day
The General Election will be on Nov. 5! Grant County will continue to use the vote center model; eligible voters will be able to vote at ANY vote center open that day, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Vote Center locations will be provided here once they have been officially confirmed.
